Flights, buses and transfers
What public transport covers and what it does not.
Flying into Page
Page Municipal Airport has scheduled service by a regional airline, with connections to Phoenix and Las Vegas. Phoenix is the main hub and Las Vegas is an additional route. Flights are not necessarily daily or all year, and a flight lands in Page, not at the overlook. Check the current timetable before you plan around it.
Transfers
Local operators in Page offer charter and ground transfers, and the airport to Wahweap run is by request. That is not a public line with a fixed schedule or fare. Do not expect an Antelope Canyon operator to provide a shuttle from Las Vegas.
Local bus
A local bus serves Page, Wahweap and Antelope Point. Check the current timetable, and do not assume a stop at the Horseshoe Bend parking lot.
Taxis and rideshare
Do not rely on a taxi or an app ride being available in Page, and especially not at the overlook. Stopping on the highway to pick someone up is not allowed.
Parking and arrival at the overlook
The parking lot is run by the city, and national park passes are not valid there. Private cars and trucks pay $10, motorcycles $5. Commercial vehicles pay by seat count: up to 14 seats $35, 15 to 35 seats $70, over 35 seats $140. That is a per vehicle fee, not a shuttle fare per person.
Bring cash or a physical card, because contactless payment is no longer used and the lot sometimes takes cash only. Private RVs pay $10, but RVs and campervans over 22 ft may be charged $35, so have extra cash and check the sign. Parking along the highway is not allowed, and neither is dropping off or picking up at the entrance or on the highway.

The Arizona road trip guide links Page with other stops in the state.
Time zones: Arizona and the Navajo Nation
The clock can differ by one hour within the same trip.
Arizona time
Page works on Arizona time, UTC-7 or MST all year. In summer this matches Las Vegas. In winter Las Vegas is 1 hour behind Page.
Navajo Nation
The Navajo Nation observes daylight saving time. In 2026 the clocks went forward 1 hour on 8 March at 2 a.m. Some Antelope Canyon operators still use Phoenix time, even though the canyons lie on Navajo land. The time in your booking confirmation is the one that counts.
Your phone
A phone may switch time automatically as you cross the reservation or Utah. Check your reservation time, not only your phone. Plan your arrival at Antelope Canyon with this in mind.
